• Monitor access points, observe activity, and direct guests and visitors in line with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports and maintain professional communication with hotel personnel.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Site Familiarization in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a hotel location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with hotel leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of hotel guest areas, entrances, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and assist with directing guests and visitors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and maintain professional communication with hotel personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
