Our hotel features 231 guest rooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with direct access to the nine-mile Miami Beachwalk. The Miami Beach Convention Center is within four miles. The hotel includes two ocean-view outdoor pools, poolside cabanas, and a private beach. Our team of 4+ members reports to the Security Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in security and 2+ years in hospitality and customer service. Ability to work varying shifts is required.

Shift Pattern: Full availability. Typical shifts are 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, your responsibility is to ensure the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property. Specific duties include:

• Patrol interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks
• Respond to emergency situations such as hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats
• Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Write reports and ensure documentation accuracy
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
