The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! The hotel features 231 newly renovated guest rooms with views of the Atlantic Ocean and direct beach access.

Ideal Candidate: Prior hotel housekeeping experience and supervisory skills. Must be hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented.

Shift Pattern: Typical PM shifts from 3pm-11:30pm, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms
• Verify room status and report discrepancies
• Monitor payroll, work schedules, and inventory
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs
• Perform duties as needed, including Room Attendant and Houseperson tasks
• Assist in performance evaluations
• Respond promptly to guest requests
