Job summary

Signal seeks a dedicated On-Site Security Officer to perform static security for courtyards, offices, pools and other high-value areas, ensuring access points are secured and property protected with vigilance. You will write detailed shift reports, follow post orders, and maintain professional client relations while coordinating with the branch supervisor to ensure service quality and safety.

Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or GED, background check, reliable transport and ability to lift 20

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills.
• Move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated services per post orders and site instructions.
• Write detailed reports using company tech during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code and expectations.
• Interact with on-site clients to foster a professional relationship.
• Report information to the Branch Supervisor promptly.
• Care for Signal equipment including radios and access keys/cards.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet benchmarks and service quality.
• Communicate needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence.
