Job summary

Signal is seeking a dedicated security officer to perform static security duties across courtyards, offices, pools and other high-value areas. You will ensure access point security and protect property and residents with high attentiveness to detail and safety, following site post orders and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include timely reporting, professional communication, and dependable execution of daily tasks.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Pass background check and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation.
Complete training modules within first month.
Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
Demonstrate commitment to service, values and professionalism.
Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Will conduct and deliver various dedicated security services per site instructions and post orders.
Will write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and apps during each shift.
Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, meet time commitments and follow dress code.
Interact with on-site customers, building client relationships and provide peace of mind.
Report information and concerns promptly to branch supervisors.
Care for Signal equipment assigned during shift (radios, keys/cards, vehicles, devices).
Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
Meet daily benchmarks and maintain service quality as directed by supervision.
Communicate client needs and post order changes through daily scrum for operational excellence.
