Job summary

Brightline Trains is hiring for a Security position in Florida. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, and enforce policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

The role emphasizes professional interaction with guests and coordination with multiple Brightline entities to resolve incidents. You will be prepared to obtain a security license before operations begin and must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience managing projects in Retail, Food & Beverage, or similar ancillary revenue.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to give clear directions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all policies and procedures set forth by management.
• Conduct safety and security patrols on foot in assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for suspicious activity.
• Screen guests and belongings with professional checkpoint procedures.
• Document incidents with logs and investigative reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with Brightline entities as needed.
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.
• Commit to continuous learning and obtain required security licenses before operations begin.
