Job summary

Brightline Trains is seeking a proactive Security & Safety team member in Florida. You will patrol stations, enforce procedures, monitor CCTV, and screen guests and belongings using X‑ray and wand equipment.

You will handle inquiries, document incidents, and stay vigilant to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. You must be prepared to obtain a security license before operations begin, with shifts that include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic with a focused personality and take-charge attitude.
• Must be able to work while moving, or stationary for long periods.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with teams and guests.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all policies and procedures set forth by management.
• Conduct safety and security patrols on foot in assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV and intrusion alarms.
• Screen guests and luggage with professional screening equipment.
• Maintain logs and compile required reports.
