Job summary

Brightline Trains LLC in Orlando, FL seeks security professionals to join our Safety & Security team at Orlando Station. You will monitor and patrol, screen guests and belongings, and enforce policies while maintaining a safe environment.

Applicants should be prepared to work varied shifts, obtain a security license, and respond to incidents with poise. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced setting.

• Language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce policies and procedures set forth by management.
• Conduct safety and security patrols on foot in all areas.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior or unusual situations.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department as needed.
• Screen guests and luggage professionally using screening equipment.
• Retain and implement knowledge of screening equipment and licenses.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with Brightline entities.
• Maintain logs and required investigative documents.
• Assist guests with requests and concerns; stay cordial.
• Monitor CCTV and intrusion/ fire alarm systems.
• Work environment: office-like, alert and collaborative.
