Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including exterior, using rotating assignments and various modes of transportation.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid (CPR/AED) and follow established protocols.
• Initiate evacuations when required and secure the scene to prevent further loss or damage.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest and employee concerns or issues.
