Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including exterior, by bicycle or company vehicle.
• Monitor alarm systems and surveillance cameras.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues involving guests and employees.
• Act as a first responder in emergencies and assist in evacuations.
• Perform gaming drops/transactions and carry drop boxes and chip carriers.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
