Pay Rate: $18.10 / Hour

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access‑control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Help protect restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas by screening incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access‑control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
