Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records and report access concerns to site contacts or leadership.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, grounds, and perimeter areas to identify and report unauthorized activity or hazards.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unauthorized activity, hazards, and/or irregular conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
