Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, process visitor and contractor entries, issue temporary badges, and maintain access-control records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel as per site procedures to protect restricted areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents, notifying site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other areas, reporting unusual conditions.

As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment through clear communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. Pay Rate: $18.45 / Hour

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, process visitor and contractor entries, issue temporary badges, and maintain accurate access-control records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel in accordance with site procedures, helping to protect restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
