Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Guard Card Patrol in Honolulu, HI. You will patrol the retail site, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while following site policies and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following security procedures and site policies.

• Monitor access points and assist visitors with directions, reporting suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, contacting appropriate personnel or responders as needed.
• Help protect high-value merchandise by observing, documenting activity, and completing reports.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while documenting observations and responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and inquiries, and report suspicious activity or incidents according to site procedures.


• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.


• Help support the protection of high-value merchandise and property by observing the location, documenting relevant activity, and completing accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
