Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol at HONOLULU, HI. The position offers a reliable, fixed schedule with optional extra shifts to increase earnings. Pay rate is $22.38 per hour, with part‑time daytime and weekend hours.

You will perform perimeter checks, access control, customer service, and incident response for a luxury retail site, with six‑month anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Qualifications

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while following site procedures and safety policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter spaces.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor, contractor, and delivery access per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Document observations and patrol activities and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Perimeter Checks in HONOLULU, HI, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat03:30 PM - 10:30 PMSun03:00 PM - 09:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with managing visitor, contractor, and delivery access in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
