Allied Universal in California is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed for a gated community patrol in Coto De Caza, CA. You will patrol, deter incidents, assist tenants and visitors, and maintain a visible security presence while delivering professional customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and minimal age requirements; CPR/First Aid are preferred, along with a background check and drug screen where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under governing laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Gated Community Patrolin Coto De Caza, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and report observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe property conditions, documenting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
