Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking entry-level and experienced security officers to join our expanding team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on safeguarding premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities include monitoring for damage, examining doors and gates, warning violators, reporting issues, and coordinating emergency response for high-risk situations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with security equipment preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening/background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent property damage, violence, or rule violations.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Address individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report any facility issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
