Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, verify access, issue credentials, direct guests.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems, report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and incidents calmly and coordinate with responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.

Pay Rate: $19.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 08:15 PM - 01:00 AM
• Thur 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Fri 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sat 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sun 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate contacts or areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation while supporting a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
