Pay Rate: $21.84 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and other stakeholders at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events as required.
• Maintain a professional, courteous presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a welcoming environment for authorized guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.Access control/badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
