Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk in a healthcare location by following site-specific procedures, visitor protocols, and security-related policies.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, patients, vendors, and staff while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
• Verify visitor access credentials, issue temporary access materials as authorized, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor front-desk activity, observe access points and available security-related systems, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established response procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Services Driver in Branchburg, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will welcome patients, visitors, and employees while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communication. You will respond to inquiries, help maintain an orderly environment, and document incidents with professionalism and care. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
