Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Center in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on welcoming residents and visitors, managing access, and delivering excellent customer service at a residential location.

You will be the visible, professional presence ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while supporting site operations. The position offers full-time hours and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Formación

• Minimum Requirements include basic computer or tablet use.

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Center in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access control, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a visible, professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following site-specific procedures and supporting a professional front-desk experience.
• Monitor access to the residential location, verify visitor and vendor credentials as directed, maintain entry records, and communicate arrivals to appropriate residents or onsite personnel.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, receive deliveries, and direct guests to appropriate areas in accordance with property policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity, document security-related concerns, and report unusual conditions to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
