Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Tue: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a chemical and petrochemical facility.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a TSA‑issued TWIC.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
