Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed) in Savannah, GA. You will patrol, monitor access, and assist with emergency procedures at a distribution center, delivering strong customer service and a visible security presence.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screens. This role offers daytime shifts and a competitive hourly rate of $16.26.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required; a valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the distribution facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting entries, incidents, and other required information.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and property damage through a visible presence and timely reporting of concerns.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Reporting in SAVANNAH, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail distribution center, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while collaborating with teammates.
