Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a full-time Unarmed Security Officer in Elizabethtown, PA. You will patrol a commercial location, deter incidents, and provide a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

You will monitor access points, report observations, and respond to alarms with a professional, solutions-focused approach. A valid background check and drug screen are required where permitted by law, with licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories considered.
• Subject to drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate findings to leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Security Patrol in Elizabethtown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, report observations, and support a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 PM - 03:00 AM
• Tue 07:00 PM - 03:00 AM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or building personnel while carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe building activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
