Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology workplace areas, offices, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and escalate concerns as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs with professional communication.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining professional communication with site stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
