• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document entries/exits/incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Observe shipping/receiving activity and report irregularities.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Response in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. Pre-Employment Requirements

To be considered for employment, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Option 1: A minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience.
• Option 2: A minimum of 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience.
• Option 3: A minimum of 3 years of general security experience (C108).

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry, exit, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Observe shipping and receiving activity, report irregularities involving products, equipment, or restricted areas, and support a professional environment throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
