Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and document entries, exits, and observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following emergency protocols and communicating with site contacts.
• Prepare clear reports regarding incidents and patrols and share information during shift transitions.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting in Winston Salem, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and document entries, exits, and security-related observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and communicating with appropriate site contacts.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
