Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by following site policies and responding to incidents as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior spaces, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access activity and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and report to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking locations, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access activity and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
