Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Logkeeping in San Francisco, CA. You will monitor residential and healthcare locations, perform routine patrols, control access points, and maintain logs while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift over 20 pounds. Shifts include daytime hours and weekends as listed, with full-time employment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift over 20 pounds.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential and healthcare locations, including building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, document observations, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response protocols, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Logkeeping in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential and healthcare locations, helping to maintain a secure environment for residents, visitors, patients, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential and healthcare property areas, including building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, document observations, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response protocols, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
