Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Recorder in Milpitas, CA to safeguard clients across multiple industries. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible presence and reporting activities.

This role requires strong communication and adherence to site protocols. Daytime and evening shifts are available, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Qualificações

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local rules.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology and manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Recorder in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
