As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Hazard Identification in Bristow, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist visitors with professionalism. You will provide strong customer service and clear communication while documenting security-related activity. Pay Rate: $23.36 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, patrol activities, and maintenance-related concerns in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
