Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, you will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local regulations.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas; report hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access activity and visitor entries; assist with credential verification and directing guests.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel or responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in a professional, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
