Allied Universal in Bristow, VA is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Access Control). You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and deliver customer service to tenants and visitors in a commercial real estate setting.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, reporting conditions, and maintaining documentation while upholding a welcoming, secure environment. Requires a high school diploma and background check; CPR and guard card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity; report unusual conditions and maintain required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, visitors, and responding emergency personnel while supporting a professional environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
