What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a data center environment.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.


• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site requirements.


• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel and support Allied Universal operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
