Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, docks, and perimeter to report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and control entry/exit for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Observe and report activity related to shipments, trailers, loading/unloading, and restricted areas with clear documentation.
• Respond to incidents calmly, coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $13.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and help control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Observe and report activity related to shipments, trailers, loading and unloading operations, and restricted areas, maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
