Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, access points, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while providing professional assistance and directions to individuals at the location.
