Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Credentialing Security Officer in Orlando, FL. You will patrol, deter incidents, control access, and deliver excellent customer service at a financial services location.

Fluent Spanish is required; prior customer service and badge/access control experience are preferred. A high school diploma and background check are conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Credentialing in ORLANDO, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
