Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR First Aid in Louisville, KY. The role involves serving and safeguarding clients across industries, including financial institutions, through patrols and customer service.

You will monitor areas, report security concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The schedule runs Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts as shown, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including the building interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs accurately and in a timely manner.
