Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol Coordination) in Atlanta, GA, to protect clients across logistics and distribution locations. You will perform patrols, handle access control, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.

• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, docks, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, shipping and receiving docks, parking areas, trailers, warehouses, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, verifying authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
