Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Richardson, TX. You will monitor and patrol, maintain a visible presence, and support access control to deter incidents and ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include daily patrols, incident reporting, and professional communication with clients and leadership. Must meet minimum requirements and be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
