Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business offices, customer areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policies, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
