Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) in Chantilly, VA. You will patrol, monitor access, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence at a logistics facility.

Responsibilities include incident response, routine patrols, and accurate documentation for site leadership. Candidates should have a HS diploma and be 18+; background checks and drug screening apply. Opportunity to join a large, purpose-driven security services team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, driver, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
