Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required, as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, retailers, visitors, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a high-profile retail and shopping district.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail spaces, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for vendors, deliveries, contractors, and/or authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communications with Allied Universal leadership, property representatives, and local law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
