Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver in Cincinnati, OH. The role includes patrolling manufacturing areas, monitoring access points, and delivering courteous customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

Pay rate is $18.50 per hour. This full-time position offers weekly pay, 401K, medical and dental insurance, and opportunities for advancement within a large global security organization.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as per law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and reporting unauthorized access.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities and communicate observations to leadership and client representatives.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and reporting unauthorized access attempts to appropriate site contacts.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
