Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Cincinnati, OH to safeguard clients across transportation facilities and related sites. You will monitor premises, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and provide courteous customer service to visitors and staff.

Shift options include daytime and overnight coverage; you will document observations, respond to incidents, and report to supervisors while upholding company standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted as required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and transportation personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
