Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) to patrol and safeguard a marine industrial site in Norfolk, VA. You will maintain a visible presence, respond to incidents, and support a welcoming, safe environment.

Schedule includes daytime shifts with regular hours and benefits. Minimum requirements include 18+ years (21+ for armed roles), high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and relevant licensing as required.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Asset Protection Patrol in Norfolk, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a marine industrial location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, report observations, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $16.90 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
