Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a mobile unit in Phoenix, AZ. You will patrol commercial real estate sites, deter unauthorized activity, and provide courteous service to tenants, visitors, and staff, while upholding the company’s values.

The role is full-time with a night schedule, paying $19.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license is required; applicants must be 18+ for unarmed roles, undergo background checks and a drug screen as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Security Officer Unarmed - Mobile Unit

In Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
