Allied Universal in Rialto, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Security Screening to protect clients and assets across a logistics and distribution site. You will screen individuals and materials, monitor access points, and report security concerns with professionalism.

You will provide excellent customer service, enforce site policies, verify credentials, and respond calmly to incidents. This role offers a stable schedule and opportunities to grow within a nationwide security

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures and site policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized items entering designated areas according to screening procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before entry to restricted areas.
• Report prohibited items, irregular activity, access concerns, and policy violations to site leadership or appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including support for emergency response activities.

As a Security Officer Full Time Security Screening in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening individuals and/or materials, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will maintain a professional presence, help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
