Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Route Driver in Elkton, MD. You will patrol manufacturing and industrial locations, provide customer service, monitor access points, and respond to security incidents. A valid driver’s license is required, and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

The role is full-time with a consistent 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM schedule, five days a week, and offers benefits and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Observe and report unusual conditions or policy violations to relevant personnel.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns when needed.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, unsecured access points, equipment concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
