Texas Health Resources is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time rotating shift at our Arlington campus. The role covers patrols of clinics and facilities, door security, and escorts to ensure safety after hours.

You will support law enforcement when needed while maintaining policy compliance. Required is a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred, and at least 2 years in security or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Texas Private Security Level 3 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and clinics for unlocked secured areas during after-hours.
• Lock and open doors according to schedules.
• Escort individuals to and from parking areas as needed.
• Identify and remove unauthorized persons from the property.
• Maintain compliance with Texas Health Police policies.
• Pursue and detain individuals involved in criminal activity.
• Complete incident/offense reports and narratives.
• Respond to emergencies using appropriate force and codes.
